§ 6-188. Consumption sales of distilled spirits only.

Persons holding a license to sell distilled spirits for consumption on the premises shall not be permitted to sell any alcoholic beverage by the package or bottle except in the case of distilleries who have been duly licensed by the State of Georgia and hold a manufacturing license issued by the City of Snellville selling distilled spirits produced on the premises.
