§ 6-292. Types of alcoholic beverage manufacturing licenses to be issued.

Licenses for the manufacture of alcoholic beverages shall be limited to the following types of alcoholic beverage producers:
(1)

Distillery;

(2)

Brewery;

(3)

Farm winery.
