§ 6-291. Alcoholic beverage manufacturing license required.

The manufacture of alcoholic beverages in the City of Snellville is unlawful unless the manufacturer has first obtained a valid manufacturing license issued under this chapter and article or falls under the exemptions permitted by O.C.G.A. § 3-5-4.
