The regulations, restrictions, and boundaries set forth in this ordinance may from
time to time be amended, supplemented, changed, or repealed, provided however, that
no such action may be taken until after a public hearing in relation thereto, at which
parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard. This ordinance,
including the Official Zoning Map of Snellville and the Land Use Plan of Snellville,
may be amended from time to time by the Mayor and Council of Snellville, but no amendment
shall become effective unless it shall have been proposed by or shall have first been
submitted to the Snellville Planning Commission for review and recommendation.
