§ 8.9.2. Facility location criteria.

a.

Facility location criteria shall be as specified for detention facilities in section 8.2.4 of these regulations.

b.

In a residential subdivision, the following best management practices must be located on a separate lot in accordance with section 8.2.4.h if not located on a recreation area lot as specified in 8.2.4.g:

(1)

Extended detention ponds;

(2)

Retention ponds;

(3)

Sand filters;

(4)

Constructed wetlands;

(5)

Infiltration trenches;

(6)

Oil/grit separators.
